Its getting close to christmas and if theres one thing Santa could do its sort out some of these inactive bands that are just taking too bloody long to find a new Singer.
For starters, Velvet Revolver are wasting away and its only a matter of time we all just stop caring about what Slash does cos his solo project so far sounds crap.
Then theres Anthrax who just cant decide what to do and even with legendary John Bush back on their last tour, who knows what they will do.
Queen tried it with Paul Rodgers and lets face it, the album sucked. Im sorry to say that cos I was looking forward to it, but it wasnt even worth the price of the printing.
So, in short. Velvet Revolver need someone that has the capability to rock out with the best of them and give Axl and Weiland a run for their money. There was talk of Chester Bennington and even Corey Taylor had an audition but I dont want to see either of them in that band. One person who could pull it all off and has no serious band at the moment... Myles Kennedy! Now that is something I would pay to go see.
Anthrax need to keep a hold of John Bush. Hes the best vocalist they ever had and the guy dominates the stage. Check out their classic song 'Only'
As for Queen, well there is one guy I can think of that could really nail their songs and he hasnt been on American Idol. Jeff Scott Soto...
